Adaptive Reuse—Hastings, MN

Spiral Brewery

A full interior renovation converting a former photography studio in the East 2nd Street Commercial Historic District in downtown Hastings into Spiral Brewery's taproom and production facility. The design preserves the building's century-old bones — exposed original limestone walls and heavy timber columns alongside added pressed tin ceilings now house a working brewery floor visible from the taproom. Industrial steel, reclaimed wood, and herringbone bar tile ground the space in craft without obscuring the architecture.

Reviver Architecture + Development

The name ReviveR has a double meaning. We help revive spaces for evolving purposes. But this name is also a reference to our desire to revive the passion, excitement, and fun in the architecture and development process. The bottom line and program of a design are always important, but the meaningful stories we tell through the built environment make projects worth doing.
