Workplace—Wayzata, MN

SnowPine Private Wealth

SnowPine Private Wealth’s new Wayzata office reimagines the traditional financial workplace as a warm, hospitality-driven environment designed to welcome both clients and employees. Rich walnut, cognac leather, layered textures, and tailored architectural details bring warmth and sophistication to the open, light-filled space. A variety of lounge, meeting, and communal gathering areas encourage connection, while glass-fronted offices maintain transparency and access to natural light. Custom branding, integrated artwork, and distinctive lighting reinforce SnowPine’s identity throughout, creating a workplace that feels polished and professional without sacrificing comfort.

Reviver Architecture + Development

The name ReviveR has a double meaning. We help revive spaces for evolving purposes. But this name is also a reference to our desire to revive the passion, excitement, and fun in the architecture and development process. The bottom line and program of a design are always important, but the meaningful stories we tell through the built environment make projects worth doing.
