A full office renovation for MSPA — transforming an existing commercial suite into a clean, functional workspace. The design introduces dark accent walls, black-framed glass partitions, and a material transition between warm wood LVP in the corridors and patterned carpet tile in the private offices, creating clear spatial hierarchy without sacrificing openness.
