While a Partner at ESG Architecture & Design, Heather was the Architect for this ground-up new lifestyle hotel for Lloyd Companies in Sioux Falls. Box Interiors, from Vancouver was the interior designer for this beautiful conference center, restaurant, and a 340-room hotel overlooking the Big Sioux River with stunning views of the pink quartzite falls. The collaborative design weaves local craft and cultural identity through every space: exposed brick, hand-painted murals, warm wood ceilings, and several nods to the original heritage of the site as the Sioux Steel manufacturing company.

But this name is also a reference to our desire to revive the passion, excitement, and fun in the architecture and development process.
