The Lexington

A full interior renovation of The Lexington, one of St. Paul's most storied fine dining institutions. The project honored the restaurant's century-old character while modernizing every space — restoring the dark walnut millwork, refinishing the signature curved bar, updating lighting throughout, and introducing a new private dining room with crystal chandeliers and painted paneled walls with a window providing views into the chef’s world.
